The 600 MHz NMR Spectrometer

The 600 MHz NMR Spectrometer has been used by five laboratories in the departments of Biological Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Biology. The solution tertiary structure of the ketosteroid isomerase, complexed with a steroid product has been determined. The feasibility of a solution structure determination of vinculin has been explored. The structures of peptides relevant to the major site of mutation in the cyctic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) have been studied.
