For International Students

The BCMB program has a limited number of positions available for International applicants.

International Students residing in the U.S.

International students who are currently residing in the U.S. should follow the instructions for U.S. Citizens and permanent residents. Your application will be processed at the same time as the U.S. citizen applications. If you are applying to transfer from another U.S. graduate program, at least one letter of recommendation must come from your advisor in the lab where you are currently working.

International Students residing outside the U.S.

Due to the large number of international applications we receive and the cost of travel, we are not able to review the full applications from all international students. We ask international students who currently reside outside the U.S. to submit a pre-application. For students submitting a pre-application please ONLY submit it to bcmb@jhmi.edu. This is the only email address established to receive pre-applications. If you are chosen to file a full application, you will be notified to do so.
